Karachi: Despite fool-proof security measures taken by the law enforcement agencies, another act of terrorism claimed one live life of a Chinese-Pakistani dual nationality holder in Karachi.
Apparently, the dentist was the target of assailants who entered the clinic posing as dental patients. The assailants shot at the dentists and two other people including his wife and fled from the scene. Police high-ups claimed that the assailants didn’t even harass the Pakistani nationals present at the dental clinic.
According to police, the deceased was a Chinese-Pakistani dual national and a dentist by profession. He has been practicing in the same clinic for nearly four decades. Two more people including a woman also received bullet injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital where they were pronounced critical by the doctors.
According to information shared by the police to the media, the deceased was identified as Dr. Richard Hu, while the injured included Mrs. Margrate Hu and Ronald, who were all Chinese-Pakistani dual nationals.
